-Three weeks prior to her wedding in Sept. 1932, she had returned on the Empress of Russia from Shanghai where she made her home for several years. She studied for 6 yrs. in Nanking and Peking and 1 yr. in Philadelphia, specializing in nursing.611

-Conflict: Source has him born December 1877201, & headstone says via Chinese character, he was born in Dec., but English says Feb.553 559 (I'm going with Feb., based on the explanation below by Lannie), (Other sources have him born in Feb. Need to Confirm).77 Source has him born January 14, 1876.594
-“…needless to say, it all depends on when and where the translation was done. If it was in the states and they are translating from a document from English to Chinese, then I would lean towards the English version of the birthday being in February 18th of 1874. Instead of writing 二 they wrote 十二.
If it was a translation of a Chinese document to English, then the birthdate could be the Chinese version on the stone of December 18 of 1874. Translating/misreading the twelve (十二) as two (二).
Please note that February would be 二月 and December would be 十二月, just an extra character "十" Easily mistaken either way”.612

-Reception after in the church parlor. A pre-nuptial dinner party was given Wed. evening at Mary’s mother’s house in Kaimuki where over 180 guests attended. The dinner was for the traditional giving away of the bride.610,611
-About 300 people attended. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Frank L. Purnell. Mary was given away by her brother Jen Fui Moo. She was in a Chinese bridal costume. Her sister Eleanor Moo was her only attendant. T.F. Farm was the Best Man. The reception was immediately after and the honeymoon was on the other side of the island.611
