-When he was sick & before he died, Connie took care of him @ her house in SF585
-He celebrated his 80th birthday Sept. 1, 1986. He was well until late June when he complained. He went to see his doctor, X-rays were done. He returned in July for a CAT Scan which determined he had cancer in his liver. He went to Reno in Aug., but by his birthday he was weaken, so I asked the doctor to come to the house. He was then taken to the Presbyterian Hosp. until Oct. 1st and then transferred to Beverly Manor Convalescent Hosp. where he died.586
-Cremated & ashes spread at sea to Hawaii as per his instructions587
