685-Elsie was born in Hawaii , attended Pacific Union College where she met and married her late husband, Stephen H. Chang. Before her retirement she was an elementary school teacher for over 30 years. She taught in Hawaii , Mountain View , and for many years at the Stanley B. Ellis Elementary School in Sunnyvale , California .

1082-This source in Aug. 1939 says she had a brother who died before she was born. She doesn’t know his name, though she says her mother had 5 children.
