-My nickname was spelled Reggie until I met and married Vern. The Germans (which I am half) spell it Regi. It is short for Regina. I like the looks of Regi, as it was a little more feminine, so I adopted
the spelling. I had been called Reginald Van Gleason, and Reggie Jackson for so long I kind of got tired of it. Regi seems to stop a lot of that.983
-“She died peacefully the way she was hoping to do. Early Monday morning, around 4 am she went into a coma. Remained that way till 1244 hrs at which time she barely asked if I was OK. I told her everything was OK. She also asked Ray, her oldest Son who was here. He too told her that we're fine. Then she went, as though she wanted our approval.981
