My info is pretty sketchy -
I don't have any idea where he was buried, but what I do know that his memorial service was held at Jim Bailey's Harley (a biker's hangout that he used to frequent), I think in Angola, IN 46703. His friend who was with him at the end promised to send me mementos of the service, but has never done so. He died of cancer, but what kind, I'm not sure. He told me at one time that he had liver cancer, but some time later, he said now the Dr. says it's not liver cancer, but something else less serious. Either, he was confused as to what was going on, or he purposely hid the truth. I think that it was the later. My guess is that it was liver cancer, and in spite of it, he went back to driving a truck and tried living his life the best he could. Sorry that I don't have more information, but I think that was the way he wanted it.917
