-He died in South Carolina and he and his wife Pattie were there because she was looking for work. It happened very suddenly. He had a number of health problems. He had had a few strokes and had stents put in. This summer he had another stroke and I had wanted to visit them while I was in Hawaii but his wife wanted me to wait until he got better. 97
