-Died from complications from a motor vehicle accident; cremated.145 She was a passenger in car that was broadsided by an auto violating a stop sign.130 Papa was the driver; no fault of his.146 Was in hospital after accident for 3 wks.130 An Autopsy was done.130

-I remember my family and I going to Marysville, where she was hopsitalized, to see her. I don’t recall her being conscious when I saw her. All I rememer is seeing tubes up her nose and in her arms and noticeably seeing that she was very skiiny which was not like her at all.146

-4/22/51 - He was the 1st Officer on the ship “USNS AKL 27 (T-AKL 27)” on their way to Honolulu from Johnston Island. He was 48 yr. old, 5’ 8”, 190 lbs., listed as a Pacific Islander, and his length of service at sea at this point was 21 yrs.285

-May 1969, had tumor removed from his leg.20

-Bernice's grandfather, Sweeney Ah Siu, Sr., said, "That's Henry Oana, he loved to race horses that guy. He and his friends that's all they talk about - horses, horses, horsesut five of them. Henry went Kam School. He had a high voice. His sister Carrie looked just like. She's the one who married one of the Pali boys. There were two Henrys. That's Henry, the one who live Kalihi Street. Alika's brother. They had one more brother, small boy they call Keoni - his name was John, he was walking but he got sick and died young about two or three years old. Henry's mother was Fannie. She was a nice looking lady, fair with black hair. " At age 90, Grandpa Ah Siu's memory is still sharp and his health is terrific from what we see everyday and also from what his regular medical check-ups reveal. He is strong and spritely too. As my grandfather says, all those Oana's look alike.286

Clyde L. Walsworth age 93 passed away Saturday evening March 9th,
2002 at his residence in East Quincy, CA. Born May 5th, 1908 in
Bellingham, Washington he had been a 28 year resident of Quincy,
CA moving here from San Anselmo, CA.

Clyde had retired from the Federal Aviation Administration where
he had been employed as a machinist for 15 years. He had sailed
as a Merchant Seaman during World War 2 serving aboard ship as an
engineer and had worked as an apartment manager in the San
Francisco Bay Area following his retirement from the FAA. Clyde
enjoyed the outdoors thru fishing along with tending to his
garden and could often be found "tinkering" in his shop at home.

He is survived by his son Richard Walsworth of Menlo Park, CA,
daughter Kay Farm of Corvallis, OR, sister Vera Wilson of Quincy,
CA, 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He is preceded
in death by his wife Ethel in 1972, his wife Antoinette in 1986 ,
and his wife Ella (Peggy) in 1995.

Following cremation at Fehrman Crematory in Quincy, CA a
celebration of his life will be held 3:00PM Saturday March 16th,
2002 at the Fehrman Mortuary Chapel in Quincy, CA. Inurnment will
take place alongside his late wife in the Mount Tamalpais
Cemetery in San Rafael, CA. An opportunity to leave a memorial
tribute is available online at www.fehrmanmortuary.com. The
family requests any donations in his memory be made to the
American Diabetes Association c/o Fehrman Mortuary and Crematory
